Guardian reveals details of leaked Number 10 drugs report

The Guardian today reveals details of the unpublished second half of the Number 10 Strategy Unit drugs report. The first half of the report was published during the (live8) weekend, with 60 pages witheld under the Freedom of Information Act. Some details emerged on Sunday (July 3rd) in reports from the BBC, The Observer newspaper), and Monday (July 4th) the Independent. But the Guardian today provides the first detailed print account of the unpublished sections of the report.
