Transform is looking for Trustees!

Transform Drug Policy Foundation is the leading charity campaigning for a just, effective and humane drug policy. Transform exists to minimise drug-related harm to individuals and communities by repealing prohibition and replacing it with a system to regulate and control drugs at national and international levels.

We are looking for experienced individuals to join our Board of Trustees, including a Treasurer, and someone who will be prepared to step up to the position of Chair after a period of induction.

For the Chair position you will need expertise in at least one of the following fields:

- business or voluntary sector management
- fundraising
- human resources or
- organisational change

For the Treasurer position, experience of financial management is necessary.

For the other trustee positions, we need people with such skills as personnel, voluntary organisations, organisational strategy or management as well as an interest in drug policy.

These positions are voluntary, but expenses are paid. We have Board meetings approximately 5 times a year, generally in Bristol, but are considering alternating between Bristol and London.
